Rochford District Council is in the process of updating its Housing Allocations Policy. This policy is a statutory requirement for the Local Authority and explains how we allocate Affordable Housing within the District.
As part of this process we are consulting with local housing authorities, public authorities, voluntary organisations and other persons that might have an interest in the proposed new policy, to obtain their views.
This consultation period will last until 17th May 2018.
