These documents assess the value and character of each area and make recommendations on the future management of each of the District’s 10 Conservations Areas.

New Local Plan
A new Local Plan is in the process of being prepared, and is expected to run from the end of the District’s current development plan, beginning in 2025. It will set development policy and aspirations for the District until 2040.
