Mill Hall car park, Rayleigh is designated 'short stay' for use as a shoppers car park. The maximum permitted time is 4 hours, although season ticket holders may use the car park and are not subject to a time limit. Multiple ticket purchases for periods exceeding 4 hours is prohibited. The charges are shown below.
