South Essex Parking Partnership
The Essex Parking Partnership (north and south) under an agency agreement with Essex County Council is responsible for the administration of all on-street parking enforcement across Essex and resident parking schemes including the issue and renewal of resident and visitor parking permits (where applicable).
The South Essex Parking Partnership is responsible for the on-street parking enforcement and resident parking schemes in the boroughs or districts of:
- Basildon
- Brentwood
- Castle Point
- Chelmsford
- Maldon
- Rochford
The South Essex Parking Partnership Joint Committee is responsible for all the decision making aspects of the new arrangements with Chelmsford Borough Council acting as lead authority for the partnership and dealing with day to day operations.
It is important that patrols are carried-out to ensure roads are safe and clear for all users, in particular, for the emergency services, deliveries, waste/recycling collections and areas outside schools.
Please ensure you continue to park considerately, legally and safely to ensure the roads remain accessible and safe. Thank you.
If you are a resident or a visitor to Rochford District, the following matters should be referred to the South Essex Parking Partnership offices at Chelmsford Borough Council, see links below:
- Pay online for a Penalty Charge Notice which has been issued for an on-street parking contravention
- Appeal against a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) issued for an on-street parking contravention
