The charges apply from 7a.m. to 7p.m., Monday to Friday and 7a.m. to 1p.m. on Saturday.  Parking is free all day Sunday and public holidays.

Websters Way car park, Rayleigh is designated 'short stay' for use as a shoppers car park. The maximum permitted time is 4 hours, although season ticket holders may use the car park and are not subject to a time limit. Multiple ticket purchases for periods exceeding 4 hours is prohibited. The charges are shown below.
