Well Homes - In partnership with Essex Fire and Rescue Service and Community Agent Essex
Rochford District Council Well Homes scheme in partnership with Essex Fire and Rescue and Community Agents Essex, aims to improve the health and wellbeing of residents living in owner –occupied and private rented properties.
Essex Fire and Rescue Service and Community Agents Essex will act as the eyes and ears for the Council in order to enhance prevention protection and response. The Partnership has been developed to ensure collaboration with our partners and make the best of our resources.
The Well Homes partnership
- offers help to make homes safer by reducing the risk of ill heath or accidents in the home – for example, unsafe stairs or wiring.
- Puts residents in touch with services that can improve quality of life.
- Work with Landlords to keep tenants safe at home
