Our Rochford, Our Plan 2024-2028
Our Corporate Plan is the principal corporate strategy of Rochford District Council. It sets out how we will play our part as a Council in shaping the District, alongside our residents, businesses and partners. The Plan is centred on 3 strategic themes that the council will seek to deliver over the next 4 years. The Plan is underpinned by a strong commitment to good governance and robust financial management, reflected in our ambition to be a forward thinking and well managed authority.
