A meeting of the Rochford District Forum for Surface Water Flooding Issues will be held on 17 November at 10:00am.
The meeting will be held virtually and attended by statutory bodies with responsibility for surface water flooding including Essex County Council Flood Team, ECC Highways, Environment Agency, Anglian Water and Rochford District Council to discuss and consider surface water flooding issues in the District.
The meeting will be live streamed via the Council’s You Tube channel
Members of the public can submit questions in advance to be considered at the meeting via our online form. Please submit questions by 11:00 am on Wednesday the 23rd March.
The meeting will be chaired by the Leader of the Council, Cllr Simon Wootton, who explained “This is an important opportunity to work with partners on improving the resilience to flooding in the District. Problems with surface water flooding are often complex and it is by working together we can make improvements”.
