Communications Survey 2023

We want to improve the way Rochford District Council communicates with residents.

We would like to hear your opinions on how we currently talk to you, and about ways we can improve that dialogue.

As a thank you, anyone who fills in this survey can, if they choose, be entered into a prize draw with the chance to win £100 of Prezee vouchers, which can be used at supermarkets and a range of other high street shops.

Terms and Conditions of Entry

  1. The promoter is Rochford District Council whose address is at the Council Offices, South St, Rochford SS4 1BW
  2. The competition is open to people who live in the region of the Rochford District Council.
  3. Entrants must be over 18 years old.
  4. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
  5. The closing date for entry is the 31st March 2023. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be accepted
  6. Each survey participant can enter one entry into the competition.
  7. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice. In the event of any changes to the competition the promotor will endeavour to notify entrants as soon as possible, but this may not always be possible.
  8. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
  9. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. It is not transferable.
  10. The promoter will notify the winner who will be notified by email. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, the promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from that participant and select a replacement winner using the same process already set out.
  11. Having successfully contacted the winner the promoter will send the prize via their chosen delivery method.
  12. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  13. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material including social media. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent. By entering this competition participants provide their information to Rochford District Council and not to any other party. The information provided will be used in conjunction with our Privacy Notice.
  14. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
