Are you looking to make changes to improve your wellbeing?
The Live Well Link Well service is free and confidential. It enables people to quickly get non-medical support and information to help them make positive changes. It offers support with a range of issues including:
- healthy living
- physical and mental wellbeing
- mobility and equipment,
- home adaptations,
- looking after someone
If you are aged 18 or over and live in Essex (excluding Southend and Thurrock) you can access the service by calling 0300 303 9988. Lines are open between 8am – 7pm Monday to Friday. Or you can email livewell.linkwell@nhs.net
